Donald James (Rev.) He is an ordained pastor (Canadian Baptists of Western Canada), former civil servant (Manitoba Student Aid) and presently serves as National Development Director of Bridges for Peace Canada. He and his wife, Victoria, attend Anchorpoint Church. They have four adult children and three grandchildren. Don is an avid tennis player and Jets fan.[/bra_team_member]

[bra_team_member member_name=’Bethina Badilotti, RMT’ member_position=” member_img_src=’http://staidansschool.ca/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/IMG_6852.jpg’ member_social_list=” member_columns=’3′]Bethina has been a member of the Board since the school transitioned to the inner city in 2004 with one year off during the 2013/14 school year and a leave of absence during the 2017/18 school year. She has also been a volunteer helping with the meal program since 2004. She has a bachelor degree in Human Ecology, has worked as a child care worker in a Christian daycare and is now a registered massage therapist who has been in practice for 18 years. She has been a member of St. Aidan’s Church for twenty-three years.[/bra_team_member]

[bra_team_member member_name=’Kent Dueck’ member_position=” member_img_src=’http://staidansschool.ca/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/IMG_6850.jpg’ member_social_list=” member_columns=’3′]Kent is the Executive Director and a Founder of Inner City Youth Alive (ICYA). For 31 years he has worked with disadvantaged kids in Winnipeg’s North End. Kent has served nationally on the EFC Roundtable on Homelessness and Poverty and has been a local media voice on inner city issues. He presently also serves on the Board of the North End Community Renewal Corporation. He is a founding member of the School of Urban Leadership and St. Aidan’s Christian School as well as initiating many inner city programs. He is the recipient of the Kateri Takekwitha Award “for outstanding service amongst Aboriginal people”, Providence College Distinguished Christian Leadership Award “for significant contribution to the lives of inner city youth” and 2011 Briercrest Bible College Alumnus of the Year.[/bra_team_member]

[bra_team_member member_name=’Charlotte Holland, M.Ed., ARCT’ member_position=” member_img_src=’http://staidansschool.ca/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/IMG_6853.jpg’ member_social_list=” member_columns=’3′]Charlotte has been involved with St. Aidan’s Christian School since its inception in 1996. She has served as a Board member, Board Chair, and school Principal. Currently, her role on the Board is that of Volunteer Coordinator. Charlotte administrated and taught at a Christian adult education centre in Winnipeg’s North end for 17 years. At present, she teaches several classes of EAL (English) to immigrants at Calvary Temple. She and her husband, Jim, have four children and seven grandchildren. They have been members at St. Aidan’s Anglican Church for 25 years.[/bra_team_member]

Pam is a member of St. Aidan’s Anglican Church. She works part-time on a contract basis providing assurance services to mainly non-profit organizations and small businesses.[/bra_team_member]
